Here is my take on the old chestnut Deep River Blues. Recorded at the Victoria Folk Music Society in June, 2007.
Aside from providing you with a sense of my interaction with the audience, these samples also demonstrate that although my CDs to date have been primarily instrumental (Dr. Bob’s Acoustic Tonic is the exception), my live performances do incorporate a mix of vocal based and instrumental music.
I only mention this for those presenters who are frightened at the thought of presenting a strictly instrumental show. If, on the other hand, that is what you prefer, I am more than happy to accomodate that option. 🙂
